The pioneer in this activity should be the native province of the Vietnamese President - Binh Duong. The Vietnamese officials highly appreciated the initiative. It was mentioned that the absence of qualified chess trainers is the principal hindrance of further development of chess in Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The main leitmotif of the meeting is that FIDE will help in this question as well as in making Chess Academy there.
